Daddy settling into the PRIVATE plane.
Mommy's happy spot - private plane, Wall Street Journal and champagne in hand.
A girl could get used to this...
Aloha! Private planes fly higher and faster so it was a quicker trip to the island of Maui.
The whole NTG gang looks so excited!
And extra-special Mommy and Daddy had their car waiting outside of the plane when it touched down. Now that's service!!!
Top down in the Jeep and ready to start the NTG trip!!
First stop - the beach!
And of course, a Mai Tai to start the trip.
Great view from their room.
Work dinner that night - cheers!
And yes, that's Daddy's boss - the one with his shirt off in the restaurant!
It's such a great group of people - they couldn't wait to all meet up the next day for a snorkeling catamaran trip.

A perfect day, complete with dolphins splashing in the wake of the boat.
Next stop - turtle alley for more snorkeling.
Vacation seems to suit our parents quite well.
After the catamaran Mommy and Daddy took the Jeep north up towards Kaanapali.
Gorgeous sunsets and setting!
Mommy and Daddy stopped for a shower in a public park, hosed themselves off from their big drive up to Kaanapali, toured some art galleries in Lahaina and then grabbed drinks on the beach before heading to meet the group for dinner.
Even when formal team dinners were not planned most of the group wanted to dine together.
Tonight they are up in Lahaina at a great spot called the I'O restaurant, right on the water.

Mommy had to try the Mai "Tyler" since she has a Tyler of her very own.
Next day, Mommy and Daddy headed off for the famous "Road to Hana"...
Lush forests and waterfalls across the first half of the windy, curvy drive.
Mommy got car sick and had to sit it out at a little food stand for a while.
Super narrow road - yikes!!!
In Hana a little food truck for handmade tortillas and lunch.
This is not for the faint of heart!
The 2nd half of the drive - the unpaved, uncharted territory part was completely different terrain.
It looked like the face of the moon - lava rocks, no lush vegetation. Wild.
Daddy totally went off-roading and freaked Mommy out!
What an adventure!!!
Randomly enough - the first sign of life on the other side of the Hana road was a wine tasting gallery! It's like they saw my Mom from a mile away!
It was a huge relief after the dusty, sandy, hot, sweaty ride to Hana to get back to the pool. Lots of time on the water slides and Daddy on the Tarzan rope washed the grim away.
Lucky duckys!
Last day - off to the private air terminal after one more stop for shaved ice.
Great trip NTG!
