Mommy got to be the chaperone at my Pumpkin Patch field trip. Woot woot!
(She seemed to have fun, but it was touted as the hardest and least fun field trip to chaparone because it's hot (like 90 degrees!!!!), kids run in every direction, and it's dirty.)
Minus one little girl who didn't listen and one little girl who's apparently deathly afraid of goats in the petting zoo, we had a pretty awesome group of kids in Mommy's group, and everyone made it out alive. (Sweaty, but alive)
We got to pick veggies right from the farm.
And we got to pick our own pumpkin from the patch.
The only rule was that we had to be able to carry the pumpkin we selected.
Good thing I've been working out...
Because it isn't a successful trip to the pumpkin patch unless you get the BIGGEST pumpkin in the whole area, and one that is BIGGER than all your friends (so that you can point that out, of course).
Did I mention yet that I'm super duper competitive? As the saying goes: (even in pumpkin selection) "Winning isn't everything....it's the only thing."
No joke - check out my HUGE pumpkin!!!!
And our Macer Pumpkin Carving tradition continues!!!!!
Had the best time carving with Daddy & our cousins before we went to bed.
The finished product....Yeah baby!
Showing it off to our cousins.
Love you ladies!
Meanwhile, Mommy and Marina worked on our adorable deserts for our Halloween party at school - Oreo spiders! We are so going to be the coolest kids at school.
Great times with great people.
We are blessed.
