You've at least gotta watch from like 2:00 - 4:00 to see the Ice Man in action! Minute 5:00-6:00 is sad, so bring your tissues. Then you've gotta end on a high, at least from 9:50 on. So basically, you should watch the whole thing....even if you don't have enough time :)
